JAD Capital seeks to leverage the talents and experience of its partners, who have a diverse set of skills, including entrepreneurship, operational excellence, and M&A, to maximize the value generation of its portfolio companies. Collectively, the partners have decades of leadership experience, and have completed 30 transactions with an aggregate value of ~$17 billion, in a variety of industries including technology, industrials, and financial services. JAD Capital especially hopes to focus on North American opportunities with opportunities for substantial Chinese growth for its businesses, as its partners have substantial expertise in this market. China is a difficult environment to navigate, albeit with tremendous growth opportunities if executed corrected, and JAD Capital's partners have the appropriate experience and connections to best capitalize on these opportunities. Representative projects will include accretive add-on acquisitions, greenfield expansions, and sales and marketing expansion efforts.
